RATES

At Klaus Sports Chiropractic we believe our treatments for your goals should be based off of your individual needs, but our prices should not.  We strive to be as transparent as possible by providing you with prices that never fluctuate.

As a patient, you deserve 100% transparency and to know how much you are paying as soon as you enter our office.

You will not receive a random bill 3 months later.  You will not be charged extra for any additional services or time spent in the office.  No costs are hidden.

Whether it is a New Patient Consultation, Follow-Up, Mobility Training, Movement Assessment, or anything else we offer, know that you are getting the highest quality of care possible on every appointment.

Every person has individual needs.  We strive to give you the best that we can offer.  Instead of listing our prices we have implemented a discovery call or session in order to discuss your goals with us & talk about our pricing & packages in further detail.

Cancellation Policy: Any late cancellations under 12 hours notice to the practitioner or no-show will be charged 50% of the set appointment rate.

Please start by contacting us or scheduling a

discovery session

  • What can I expect on the first visit?
The doctor will spend time listening to your history and goals of treatment. Then he will perform a comprehensive evaluation and assessment to determine the best line of treatment. This will be focused around movement and activites that are limiting to you. You and the doctor will put together a strategy for your best route to recovery and plan for reaching your goals.
  • What should I wear to the clinic?
Please wear comfortable clothing that you would typically workout in. This will allow for movement and possible manual therapy. Shorts - Lower body: It is best to have shorts available if you are coming in with something involving the lower body. Top - Shoulder/Neck Region: We encourage women to wear a top that exposes the shoulder blade area if you are coming in with something involving the shoulder or neck.
  • What's the difference between concierge/mobile Chiropractic vs. in office care?
Concierge/mobile Chiropractic is the term used to describe rendering of Chiropractic services at your location, for your convenience. The doctor will bring his table and equipment to you. You can expect to still have access to the same services that the doctor provides in the office. The costs are the same. An average initial consultation will typically run 60 minutes and follow-ups are around 40 minutes.
  • Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?
    Definitely!
  • Why don't you take my insurance?
Insurance reimbursement currently forces most companies to co-treat multiple patients at once & denies many performance based treatments that we deliver at Klaus Sports Chiropractic. We refuse to allow insurance to dictate your level of care. You deserve better! A Super-Bill can easily be provided! This will allow you to easily submit proof of your appointment to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement. At Klaus Sports Chiropractic, we like to be completely transparent about what you are getting and having to pay, rather than getting a random bill a month later from your insurance company.
  • Can I bill my insurance for reimbursement?
This will be dependent on the insurance you have, but YES, most non-medicare patients can send "self claims" to their insurance company that shows what specific treatments and therapies we provided at the clinic. You should be able to print claim-forms from your insurance companies website, and send it in with the needed reciepts and treatment codes that will be provided upon request. The amount of reimbursement or application towards your deductable is completely dependent on your insurance plan. If you would like to inquire about what reimbursement you are likely to expect, give your insurance company a call and ask about reimbursement for "out-of-network Chiropractic" expenses sent in via self-claims.
